Of course, you may be inclined to fall asleep in that lying position, so it’s <br>always advisable that you be well rested before you partake in this particular fashion. The other <br>way would be to sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on floor. Please be sure that your <br>posture is as straight as possible . Carl Jung was the one who invented the word “synchronicity” and believed that this theory was behind the outcome of any fortune reading. &nbsp;&nbsp;What exactly is synchronicity? &nbsp;How is it possible for quantum physics to explain the secrets of the tarot cards? &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br>Synchronicity comes from the root word “Chronos”, which means time. &nbsp;I guess the word “time” would refer to the timing of when a meaningful incident of coincidence would occur. &nbsp;The other meaning is a random improbable event, which occurs by chance. How will you know that the chair will still exist after you’ve gone to sleep? &nbsp;A tree falls in the forest and there’s no one there to hear it. Does it make a sound?<br><br>Who is to say that nothing happens for a reason? &nbsp;The conscious mind displays a random selection of shuffled cards. Those secrets that were so far hidden are now revealed by the energy of the individual. My teacher began reminiscing about the days when he was acting in a play and how suddenly, out of nowhere, he found himself observing himself from above the stage. &nbsp;&nbsp;I was always interested in that paranormal stuff, so you can only imagine how excited I was in hearing about this event. &nbsp;I turned to a fellow classmate after class and asked her if she had ever had an OBE. My friend kindly smiled back at me and shared that she was more than capable of doing this astral projecting thing. In fact, she assured me that she could do it anytime that she wanted to. There I was, standing there perplexed. &nbsp;How could this be possible for someone to train his or her own mind into having an OBE? &nbsp;Every fiber in my being wanted me to learn how to do this OBE thing. &nbsp;&nbsp;My friend immediately began to explain to me about a simple meditation technique that she had used in order to induce the out of body experience. &nbsp;Remember now; just be careful about what you wish for, because you just might get it.<br><br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The following technique worked for me via my classmates instructions. &nbsp;The first thing I had to do was to find a comfortable area in my bedroom and stare at an object. I was to fixate all of my attention on this one particular object for at least 10-15 minutes. &nbsp;The second part of the instructions was to breathe in and out slowly. I was to continue to concentrate on my breath until the mind felt completely relaxed. &nbsp;&nbsp;I figured I had nothing to lose, so I followed along with the routine each day. This simple little exercise was frustrating at times. &nbsp;Time had crept along for me slowly and it wasn’t until the following week that an amazing thing had happened. There I was looking at the shelves of my student desk upside down. &nbsp;I knew it was my desk, because I could recall all the items that were always on there. I immediately got out of bed and looked at the side of the desk. &nbsp;Now, what had truly astonished me about this event was that the desk was clearly all the way on the other side of the room. &nbsp;There was no way that I could have observed those shelves while I was lying in bed. &nbsp;I knew at that point, that I had finally achieved a form of out of body experience. <br><br><br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I know I won’t be able to prove to you that these events took place. &nbsp;I’ve had hundreds of astral projections since that time and the best way for me to describe it is that you are in a sort of trance like state of being. In other words, you feel as if you are half-awake and half-asleep. &nbsp;Strangely enough, I felt totally aware of the conscious self throughout the experiences. It’s a type of awareness that I often thought was separate from my own personality. &nbsp;If you’ve ever had an out of body experience, then this information will make complete sense to you. I truly believe that we all travel to different dimensions while in the dream state. 			<description><![CDATA[<div id="imBlogPost_h57klmw9"><p class="imTALeft"><b><span class="fs16 cf1 ff1"><br><br>Namaste and greetings, I’m sorry to have kept you waiting, but I had to seek medical attention for a pulled spleen &nbsp;: ) &nbsp;Now, how exactly can you freeze live action with a digital camera? &nbsp;Well, actually it's quite simple. &nbsp;All you need is just a few basic adjustments that you would make within your camera’s settings. &nbsp;Once again, there are some inexpensive point and shoot cameras where you can make these adjustments yourself. &nbsp;I do suggest that you read your camera’s manual or check out the specs before you run out and buy a new one. &nbsp;<br><br>The first thing you would look for is a scene adjustment setting called sports or there may be a symbol of a running figure on the <a href="https://www.heartofillumination.com/files/mode-dial-sports.jpg" onclick="return x5engine.utils.imPopUpWin('https://www.heartofillumination.com/files/mode-dial-sports.jpg','imPopUp', 528,394);" onmouseover="x5engine.imTip.Show(this, { text: 'Click Here', width: 180});" class="imCssLink">dial</a>. &nbsp;&nbsp;This simple scene mode will automatically place your camera into a faster shutter speed. &nbsp;&nbsp;Now if your camera is capable of further adjustments you can set your shutter speed manually. The letters to look for could be "S" or the letters "Tv", which stand for shutter priority. &nbsp;If you’re unsure, simply refer to your camera’s manual. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The settings of 1/250’s and 1/500's are ideal for the everyday stop motion photographs of people. <br><br>The <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shutter_speed" onmouseover="x5engine.imTip.Show(this, { text: 'More Info', width: 180});" class="imCssLink">shutter priority</a> is a wonderful feature because it will also adjust your aperture settings automatically.
